Pega Leader will be responsible for overall growth of the Pega practice. Will be responsible for leading the centre-of-excellence and also for business growth. You should be Pega certified and should have managed implementation of large Pega Projects. You should be an expert in BPM implementations for one business domain.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead & Manage the – Pega CRM- Center of Excellence
  • Deep Understanding of Pega PRPC Framework & Pega DCO Methodology
  • Understanding of Pega Project execution
  • Strong Functional Knowledge of Pega Industry frameworks
  • Manage Pega Practice, in terms of People, Revenue, Growth
  • Your responsibilities will include
    • Lead Enablement
    • Thought Leadership
    • Tools, Solutions & Accelerators
    • Partner Management
  • Collaborate with Go To Market Team to write winning proposals and coming up with Solutions Themes, leading the Estimation Models so that we can grow the Market Share
  • Collaborate with the other practices to develop Enterprise solutions
  • Familiarity with User Experience Methodology & Approaches to ensure User Adoption is included as part of every Pega CRM Solutioning
  • Manage Utilization, Cross Training, Enablement functions
  • Develop referenceable customers
  • Someone who is a People Leader, Thought Leader, Communicator, Collaborator, Result Oriented and Team Player.

Experience & Qualification:

  • Pega Certification must. CLSA certification will be an added advantage
  • Educational background, preferably in computer science or engineering
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
