Sales Director – Digital Services

Location: Work from anywhere in US (Remote)

Responsibilities :

  • Selling digital services on Salesforce/MuleSoft/ Pega platform into enterprise accounts
  • Experience in sales for at least 7-8 years in enterprise environment
  • Hunting for new accounts/logos in Insurance, BFS & Healthcare domain
  • Background working for ISVs or Consulting/ Services companies in a sales capacity
  • Penetrate new accounts to build and maintain a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key stakeholders across client organizations
  • Collaborate with clients to co-develop value propositions and business cases
  • Develop the pursuit strategy and drive the action plan to win and close
  • Lead and coordinate client presentation, proposal, and RFP response development from ideation/creation thru delivery and follow-up with client
  • Closely coordinate and build trust with the partner sales organization
  • Thoroughly understand client needs, develop solution concepts, and demonstrate Exavalu’s value proposition and capabilities
  • Identify high risk projects during the proposal stage and work with the delivery team to communicate risk mitigation approaches to the client
  • Collaborate with our account teams and delivery teams regarding written qualifications, personnel interviews, client references, and site visits
  • Organize and lead the deal review process
  • Facilitate the weekly internal sales call and maintain an accurate and realistic pipeline reporting system on CRM

Experience & Qualification :

  • 15+ years of experience in selling product/consulting/systems integration services for technology enabled transformation initiatives in the Insurance, BFS and Healthcare industries
  • Experience of selling digital services in at least one of the areas – Salesforce/MuleSoft/Pega
  • Adequate knowledge of Insurance industry
  • Top-performing track record of attaining and exceeding quota
  • History of effectively engaging and developing trusted relationships at C-Levels
  • Positive reputation with the partners
  • Working knowledge of the technology application suites and its business value proposition
