They did not have a streamlined lead management process in place which made them rely on multiple disconnected systems, hindering both their efficiency and visibility. As a result, managing and auto-assigning leads based on their sales agents’ expertise came at a heavier cost. Very little to almost no real-time insights into their customer interactions across product lines like Auto, Home, Membership, and Life were provided. It was high time that they integrate their MRM lead management system with Salesforce to get a consolidated view of leads, assignments, and progress in the conversion process.
We followed an approach that focused on implementing Financial Services Cloud, integrated with MuleSoft to connect backend policy and membership management systems, enabling a unified and seamless customer view. We led business requirement grooming, solution design, development, and DevOps to deliver an end-to-end solution, including deployment guidance. A skilled team of Salesforce professionals, blending onshore and offshore resources, was introduced to efficiently handle their business requirements and development. The solution incorporated multiple business units and product lines – Auto, Home, Membership, and Life – into a single platform while empowering business and IT leadership to envision a robust CRM roadmap.
