We paired the implementation process with a complete redesign of TDIC’s website to deliver an integrated digital experience with 24/7 account access to its policyholders. Now the policyholders can perform many actions through their online accounts that fulfill their high-frequency needs, such as-

We utilized an engagement model that enabled us to leverage our long-standing relationship with Hexaware, combining rich insurance knowledge and deep Guidewire expertise to deliver the best value to our clients. As the program leaders, we also provided our technical expertise, advising on the industry best practices for the technical architecture, system adoption & change management. The entire program utilized the highly configurable Guidewire Platform and methodology.
The implementation was a critical component of a multi-year digital transformation initiative taken up by TDIC in order to enhance the policyholder experience. Our client wanted to utilize the self-service capabilities of the Guidewire platform to improve policyholders’ experience with them, and that’s why they selected Exavalu as the SI partner for the initiative.
