Their operations lacked centralized visibility which led to unoptimized program execution and delayed stakeholder communication. They followed manual status reporting which were inconsistent and siloed. Due to a lack of holistic, historical analysis and root cause analysis (RCA), they faced difficulty in budget allocation and training coverage planning. The lack of self-service capabilities for PMO further strained on-demand insight generation.
We helped them identify KPIs to address their current state pain areas and built dynamic data stories and dashboards for various PMO functions such as budgeting, allocation, execution, audit, and training. We used Power BI report builder to automate standardized “Project Status Report” and leveraged AI/ML visuals such as decomposition trees to identify patterns and perform RCA for better planning.
