Our client wanted to leverage the enhanced functionality of a new customer portal that would result in providing policyholders with an enhanced online experience by increasing accessibility to policy information, documentation, ease of payment along with requests for basic policy related servicing such as reporting claims, requesting loss runs and certificates of insurance as well as leveraging secure credentialing including multiple personas for a single account. Prior to the implementation, our client provided limited policy related information and a few basic request forms via the public facing website for the company policyholders which did not encompass the self-service capabilities most insurance carriers make available online today.
Our client selected Guidewire CustomerEngage Account Management, which moved them to a cost-effective & scalable cloud-based solution that takes advantage of the data housed & generated within the newly implemented Guidewire application suite, enterprise data warehouse, and electronic content management system. We utilized an engagement model, providing rich Insurance knowledge and deep Guidewire expertise. We provided program leadership and technical expertise advising on industry best practices in technical architecture, systems adoption, and change management for a highly customized digital portal.
