The manual subrogation recovery claims process created multiple challenges for our clients. It was a time-consuming process to check for types of coverages & exposures as well as previous history of claims. The delay, thanks to the time-consuming processes, impacted the revenue collection significantly. Along with these, the availability of experienced adjustors/assessors as well as the agents to process the claims resulted in increasing backlogs, which put pressure on the available adjusters.
In order to eliminate the bottlenecks and increase efficiency, we utilized the UiPath RPA framework with a combination of VB scripts to automate the subrogation recovery allocation process by building an unattended bot.
