As Managing Director & Head of Salesforce Practice with MuleSoft at Exavalu, Matt leads with a strategic vision that spans ecosystem partnerships, integration, and go-to-market strategies. He oversees P&L operations, presales, and global delivery, while driving innovative product development in the Insurance, FinTech, and InsurTech sectors. His mission is to unite expertise in Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Generative AI with commercial leadership and disciplined execution to deliver scalable innovation and customer-centric outcomes that accelerate digital transformation.

Matt’s entrepreneurial journey includes founding Nuvem Consulting (acquired by PK Global), where he successfully built and scaled Salesforce practices and PDO product development services. This experience allowed him to expand into new markets such as retail, customer experience, digital selling, and loyalty, solidifying his ability to translate advanced platform capabilities into market-ready offerings.

Earlier in his career, as Managing Director at Concentrix, Matt spearheaded the integration of PK Services’ Salesforce expertise into Concentrix’s global BPO services, focusing on Automotive, Manufacturing, Dealer Networks, Telecom, and Media. He built collaborative, high-performing teams that streamlined workflows, leveraged analytics, and enhanced customer engagement on a global scale. Throughout his career, Matt’s guiding principle has been to align technology innovation with business outcomes to deliver growth, operational excellence, and lasting impact.
