Through a collaborative approach, we strategized and implemented a BI modernization roadmap. Our Solution Architect Squad (SAS) performed Purpose-Useability-Bucketing exercises to attach a rationalization index scoring (RIS) to prioritize and identify the modernization-eligibility of reports.
We utilized our in-house accelerator (Smart BI Migrator) and proven methodologies to enhance re-platforming and re-engineering timeline and accuracy. Our agile methodology focused on delivering business KPIs, ensuring frequent short cycle go lives.
