Lee Tucker is an experienced Digital Business Architect with over 30 years focused on IVR and Contact Center solutions integrated with large ERP, HRIS, and Customer Service systems.

He has a wealth of experience in Customer Experience, Enterprise CRM, Speech & IVR Call Flow Design, Speech & IVR Analytics, Solutions Consulting, Sale Engineering and Data Integration across industries such as Insurance, Financial Services, Healthcare, Travel and Hospitality.

He has led several CRM / Customer Experience Workshops to envision next generation Customer Service solutions, performed key stakeholder assessments to understand their business concerns & challenges and conducted service delivery process mapping to understand current state & desired future state processes. He is known for his passion in in continuous improvement of client KPIs to maximize output and exceed expectations.

Lee has a B.S.E. in Applied Math & Computer Science. He is also a Pega Certified Business Architect.
