Soumen Dam is the Delivery lead for the Data Analytics and Integration Practice at Exavalu. He has over 30+ years of experience in Data Strategy Consulting, Data Governance, Master Data Management, Data Integration, Data Lake/Warehouse, Cloud Transformation, Analytics & AI/ML. He brings strong experience in delivering complex IT transformation programs, strategy roadmaps, and business development support across multiple industry verticals like Banking, Insurance, Retail CG, and Life Sciences.
Before joining Exavalu, Soumen was leading Enterprise Data Management practice within Insights & Data BU in Capgemini. Prior to that, he was heading the Master Data Management practice in Data & Analytics BU of Cognizant. He founded the MDM practice in Cognizant and delivered high growth of the practice during his tenure. Soumen is a strong believer in Change—every change in the rules of business in this new agile world offers a plethora of growth opportunities.
Soumen holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science.
