As Exavalu’s Mentor & Chief Delivery Officer, Subho Samanta leads the full breadth of delivery operations across Exavalu. Subho has over 30 years of experience leading and integrating very large Delivery Centers across the globe with more than 13,000 associates.
A true strategic thinker and a recognized leader, he has managed P&L over a billion dollars and built CRM practices for global consulting companies such as TCS, Cognizant Technology Solutions and Atos. Subho has built teams from scratch that grew to 7000+ people delivering projects for Fortune 500 companies worldwide.
He thrives on creating an engaging environment for colleagues by embracing opportunities created through operational efficiencies using the latest technology, including robotics and automation. His passionate and warm personality makes him a great mentor both for the newbies and the experienced across Exavalu.
Subho holds a B.E. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and Master of Science in Physics. He is also TOGAF® 9 Certified.
